SHOP SESSION RESERVATION

Service Description

You must complete a material request form (maternityjourney.org/request) to reserve a shop session!! If you do not complete the request form your session is subject to cancellation!! ****Diaper distribution for PARENTING families only!! Baby furniture is subject to wait-list)****

Cancellation Policy

Sessions are approved by the date of reservation. Clients must submit reservations and await approval before arriving to any location for shop sessions. Clients must be at least 35 weeks or actively parenting for shop sessions to be approved. We no longer approve shop sessions for clients before 35 weeks of pregnancy. WE DO NOT DISTRIBUTE DIAPERS TO PREGANT CLIENTS. Exceptions may be made for active Kenzie Keeper Program Participants and approval is made by MJ Admin. Due to supply and demand we are able to distribute diapers to families that are currently parenting and have indicated the size(s) that are needed. Approvals are based on store inventory, member availability and distribution policies. If your session is not approved your request may fall under one or more of these categories. If our inventory will not satisfy at least 50% of the requested items, shop sessions are subject to denial. If a member is not available or unexpectedly becomes unavailable shop sessions are typically rescheduled for the next available time slot.
